Our innovative execution philosophies and smart approaches enable us to successfully deliver projects keeping a high standard of safety and quality, with construction-driven scheduling and modularisation forming two key principles in our work that enable timely delivery of projects.

Construction-driven scheduling basically means that engineering and procurement deliverables are geared to the constructional execution planning and mobilisation of site construction activities respectively. Packaged equipment deliveries will be planned sequentially to ensure equipment foundation and related construction resources are ready when the equipment is delivered to the site.

Modularisation helps minimise / optimise site construction activities and construction schedules, being essential when operating in challenging environments. Prefabrication of modules, structural steel, piping spools and other equipment items such as tanks, compressors, pumps, vessels etc. are undertaken at a variety of offsite fabrication shops. This concept offers significant advantages since the fabrication and assembly activities take place in a controlled environment, enabling for QA / QC aspects of the project and civil works to be kept under control more efficiently. Also, shop fabrication and assembly support on optimising the overall project delivery schedule and off-site fabrication equally can greatly reduce onsite safety risks.

CSAGT implements all afore-described EPC activities under the roof of a professional Project Management System comprising budgeting cost controlling & reporting, project schedule and material management, resource allocation, supplier evaluation etc., designed to fulfil the client’s demands in an economic and efficient way, keeping the targeted budget and delivery under firm control. All projects executed in parallel are closely monitored through regular project reviews in order to ensure budget and schedule adherence.
